Hi!  We're Steve & Emmy Bastin, the co-owners of Gascomp in Polegate, East Sussex.  We've been together since 1990, married in 1996 and have two adult sons.

Steve originally founded Gascomp Ltd with John Pedersen and Jane Stone in 2016, with John leaving in 2022 and Jane retiring in March 2025, we are now a family-run business.

​

Steve originally trained as a Plumber before becoming a Lecturer in Plumbing, then Curriculum Leader and moved across into Gas Training & Assessment.  

​

Emmy has held various administrative jobs and specialised in Health & Safety within the Fire Service.  

​

We have a fantastic team of people working alongside us including Paul Oakley, Pete Sundby and one of our sons, Marc.  We look forward to welcoming you to Gascomp Ltd in Polegate, East Sussex soon!
