This one-day course covers the necessary design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of unvented domestic hot water systems and is aimed at candidates from the plumbing, heating & ventilation and gas industries with experience and underpinning knowledge of installing Unvented Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems. Upon booking and payment a workbook is issued and it is essential that candidates read this workbook prior to attending. To pass this course it is necessary to complete two Assessments, 1 written 1 practical, which take place at the end of the training day.
Successful completion of this course provides evidence of the individual’s competency allowing you to self-certificate your installations. Please note that any installation will still need to be registered with local building control directly or through a recognised competent person scheme.
